Each standard Queen room at Downtown Hotel is individually designed and furnished in true boutique hotel style. The standard queen averages 22 square metres and so it is quite spacious and features quality tiled flooring throughout. Despite being individually designed each standard queen comes with a comfortable queen sized bed, individually controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge, bedside cabinets and lamp and writing desk. The ensuite bathroom features a full sized bath tub with shower head attachment, hand basin and WC.

Averaging 25 square metres the air-conditioned standard twin room is perfect for two or more to share, but with two separate beds that can be pushed together to become the standard double. The standard twin or double room can sleep up to four people. The ensuite bathroom has hot and cold water; a full size bath tub; shower attachment; wash basin and low level WC. The room itself is tastefully furnished with a lounge chair, bedside cabinets and lamp, fitted wardrobe, fridge and writing desk. The Downtown Hotel Deluxe rooms are well apportioned individually designed rooms averaging 30 square metres. With two queen beds pushed together you have one enormous king bed, or if you prefer you can have the beds separated. Each luxurious Deluxe room has a 22 inch desktop computer with free internet access as standard, so you are always connected to your world on a large screen. Furthermore there is a 42 inch LED flat screen TV; fridge with minibar upon request; individually controlled air conditioning; ceiling fan; two large wardrobes with in-room safe, and lounge chairs. Naturally the deluxe rooms are ensuite, with a corner bath suite as a special feature in one of these rooms.

The Executive Rooms are the largest (35 square metres) and come with all the opulence you would expect from a quality high end hotel.
